Lindsey Morrison's approach to prenatal and postnatal yoga weaves together ancient wisdom and modern women. Her classes are designed to help mamas prepare for birth and beyond in body, mind and spirit. You can expect a practice focused on the breath with opportunities for meditation, pranayama, relaxation, alignment based movement and a sacred space to connect with other mamas. Her passion for supporting women in pregnancy and postpartum comes from her own motherhood journey. She hopes to help mamas feel empowered to make the best decisions for their individual needs and families. Birth Doula Support
As a doula, Jasia provides support to the birthing mother, as well as her partner throughout pregnancy and labor. She believes it is important for women to know they have choices to make about their birth experience, and that they can, and should, be an active participant in decision making during pregnancy, labor, and delivery. Birthing a child is a woman’s rite of passage, it’s the beginning of a family, and the arrival of a completely new human being to our world. The mother should feel empowered about her decisions and participation throughout this life changing event. As your doula, Jasia will be there to provide non-judgemental support for your physical, emotional, and informational needs during pregnancy and labor.
